Military trying to come back to Erie?

Today at approximately 10:37pm(SL), a military supply plane was seen making a crash landing into the waters just outside of the old Lighthouse. It can only be assumed that the military is again trying to infiltrate their way back into Erie, though this last attempt will likely foil any plans
