Born the child of a human woman raped by an incubus, although her mother never told her this. Nevan grew up in the belief that her father had died in an accident when she was still a baby. She was raised in the middle-class suburbans. Nevan is an innocent and bright happy girl. She was proud of still being a virgin at the age of 21, determined not to give in to temptation of lust before she would get married. She has a degree in botany and worked as a horticulturalist in a botanical garden. Walking through the rose-section of the garden one extremely foggy day, she wandered off the path and stumbled into a large rosebush. In an effort to get out she only got more entangled with the vicious twines and her veins got slashed with the thorns. She screamed for help but before anyone could find her in the heavy fog she had already bled to death. Next thing she remembers is falling down a long shaft filled with flames that dont burn her, landing on her bum in a park in a place she had never been before. This is how she came to be in Erie. Lost and confused, not understanding why she wasnt dead.

A few weeks after her arrival in Erie Nevan has found herself a mentor who helps her find her demon core. She made friends with another succubus who also helps her be more comfortable with her new life. She has fallen in love with a young vampire whom she doesnt want to get intimate with yet untill she learns how to control her powers.

Nevan is a 'death rose' succubus in her demon-form. She looks pretty, innocent even, can spread a sweet intoxicating rosy aroma to lure her victims but .. she has thorns! Fully demonized, she has tentacle-roots instead of legs.

Liger Panthar is her demon-sister. In her previous human life Nevan had no knowledge of having a sister, her mother had given birth to twins but gave up Liger for adoption. They grew up apart from eachother but 'died' around the same time. Both ending up in Erie and looking 'freakishly' alike, they find themselves linked to eachother. Their individual powers complementing eachother.
