Van Reinard Under Investigation

The Seer Office contacted the Sheriff's department a few days ago in connection with what appears to be the disappearance of Seer Managing Editor, Oliver Stormcrow. We attempted to contact former Mayor sophista Savira, the two of them having had past conflicts, but apparently she's already skipped town after stepping down from her Mayoral position, and handing it over to someone named Hibi. We've received confirmation that the Sheriff's Department will investigate Mr. Reinard (and I also recommend searching his house)

In reviewing this town's past newspaper articles, I'm beginning to suspect a lot of this Island's problems are centered around this Van Reinard. Bullying, lawlessness. And if I understand it—the man was bitten by a were and then allowed to change under the full moon and run rampant all over the island with no retribution available to the people who live here? The list of those injured five months ago topped at 13. 

He attacked thirteen innocent people in one night—and didn't serve even a single night in jail? 

Mr. Reinard also apparently attacked a were, running her over with his motorcycle—and got away with it. 

Since then, I've read how he was also revealed that he is the half brother of the former mayor—and they were having sex?! What kind of government elects the sister of a pervert like Van Reinard? 

Oh—and a side note here—as I continue to do my own investigative work—isn't the full moon near? And you've allowed this maniac to remain free, manipulating you, walking among you, using you. So, you get what you get, don't you? If I were you, I'd lock his ass up and put a bullet in his brain pan. The dude is dangerous.
