Some 20-odd years ago, a changeling child was left with parents who had sold their souls to a ‘devil’ for a child to carry on their legacy. The mischief maker, Puck, was pleased to trick the willing humans into raising a Fae child, as well as doubling the prank by stealing a changeling child from some of the Seelie court to be raised by humans.

A spoiled childhood of being shuffled from nanny to nanny, private school, tutors, and camps later, where she excelled in music, creative writing, and performing arts, she has developed into an interesting young woman who believes anything is possible and real...

At 13, her mother died after a long struggle against her body breaking down, and her father started taking away the servants Eire had known for so long, and hired strangers who had no affection for the young girl. Left attempting to mourn a woman she never gotten to know, Eire retreated more into the imaginary world she had thought she dreamed up as a child, interacting with mythical beings and never once thinking that any of them could possibly be real. At 16, she was sent to a psychologist who put her on medication and had convinced her that she was suffering a mental breakdown. When she finally graduated from the private school, her imaginary world was a thing of childish memories, and she was ready to follow her first love to Harvard.

 She dropped out after 2 years, with scars, bruises, and a determination to never be a weak little girl again. Her doctor took her off her medication, and she began seeing ‘beyond’ this world once more. For the last 3 years, she’s followed the leylines and cultural stories until she had found her way to Erie.

As the Glamour has begun to wear off, and as she awakens more, she has developed the features of the Seelie court, (pointed ears, wings, glowing eyes and markings/tattoos) but either covers them or re-applies the Glamour. She’s not a fan of always hiding it, though, and is sometimes spotted in the Human side of Erie with her ears and eyes unhidden.

Loyal, kind, and very sweet, she makes friends easily, thinking of them as family. Her friends come for all walks of life, and she doesn’t mind who they are or what they’ve done, she forgives just about anything. She is also very mischievous, and it is rumored she may have some relation to Puck, or at the least some interaction with him over the years…. Possibly while away at a camp….

Fae Info: She is dense, hitting her would be similar to hitting a brick wall for the average human, but light (it’s rumored fae bones are hollow like a birds to enable flying) If she’s not ‘Glamoured’, she generally will not bruise, nor will she seem light. When the Glamour is up, people will see and feel what they need to in order to fool them
