Bamika is a young serving maid who came to the island to serve a rich man of business - Bernard Contrafoglio - who was involved in Island factions and politics. Then he dissapeared so she's out of work. She comes from an irish family known for healing and the sight. She suspects she may have some healing skills but she is untrained.
