ARREST WARRANT ISSUED FOR AVARI CARRASCO

An annonymous tape was found in the Seer Offices this morning upon the staff's arrival. Baring any unforseen anomolies (such as self-destructive Mr. Phelps openings), the tape was revealed to be a conversation between Avari Carrasco, Sergeant Yessie Citron, and Azah Tabor, a known Dreadshift member. At first it looked as if the tape could prove bias on the part of the EISD, accusations made by Avari Carrasco, involving a recent "trashing" at Club Restricted, but a closer examination of facts revealed darker events.

Wanting to check facts, as our MIA Editor always taught, a call was made to Sheriff Graves, who was grascious enough to grant me an interview. He was eager and helpful, as he has always been and related events within the EISD that point to Avari Carrasco being a Dreadshift Informant.

Re:  Internal Affairs Investigation

On February 13, 2010, Jet Enduro brought an unconscious suspect into the station.  He claimed he found the suspect pointing a rifle towards the station and proceeded to shoot a tranquilizer dart at the suspect.  Jet informed me that he did not have the weapon the suspect was carrying.  The suspect was placed in a cell until he regained consciousness for questioning.

Later that evening, after I left the station, CCTV caught Deputy Avari Carrasco unlocking all the cells so that the suspect could escape through the broken sewer entrance.  She then lay down on one of the cots and went to bed.

Deputy Carrasco endangered the lives of her colleagues, the citizens of Erie and herself.  The suspect is now free and remains unidentified.

"We're upset here at the office, and angered that we were easily duped by Miss Carrsasco. I personally did not want to believe she was working for the Dread, but her actions spoke louder than words," said a weary Sheriff Graves.

The Sheriff then sent the office a copy of Avari Carrasco's arrest warrant, issued today by Kryss Perinal:

                         Hair:          Long black wavy hair
                         Eyes:         glowing green eyes
                         Race:        Were
                        
If she is may be found in your city, so that you may have said person before this Court instanter, then and there to answer the Town of Erie Isle on a charge of:

                     ASSAULT & BATTERY  - FELONY, THIRD DEGREE
                        ASSAULT -FELONY, SECOND DEGREE
